Exhibitor Shipping & Service Information

Shipping Directly to the Hyatt

Exhibitors with smaller packages or booth materials that can be picked up and self-carried may ship directly to the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. Shipments may arrive as early as October 5, 2026.

Please review the Hyatt Shipping Instructions for the shipping address, required labeling, handling fees, and additional instructions.
To minimize costs, exhibitors with simple tabletop displays are strongly encouraged to use smaller, manageable shipments and handle their own materials whenever possible.

For return shipping, FedEx is recommended for convenience, with FedEx services available within the Hyatt/McCormick Place complex. Exhibitors who can package and manage their own outbound shipments are encouraged to do so.

Large Shipments, Pallets & Freight

Large freight shipments, pallets, or materials that cannot be reasonably picked up and self-carried will need to be shipped through the Advance Warehouse and handled by Absolute Production Services.

Please be aware that freight and material-handling services can add significant costs. When practical, a smaller, self-managed booth setup is recommended to help minimize exhibitor expenses.

Wi-Fi & Electrical

Wi-Fi is included with your exhibit space.
Electrical service is not included and must be ordered directly through Prime Electrical & Exhibition Services if needed.

Exhibitors are encouraged to order electrical service in advance to receive discounted pricing. The advance-order deadline is October 5, 2026.

A company name is sufficient when ordering electrical service. A booth number is not required.

Booth Assignments

Booth assignments are coordinated by the NEBPP/MWBPP partnership.

Conference sponsors will receive priority booth selection based on sponsorship level once the final exhibit layout is available. All remaining exhibitor spaces will be assigned by the partnership.

Because exhibitor registrations continue close to the conference, final booth assignments may not be available until closer to the event.
